Our Commitment to Fair Service

At Apex Digital Growth Audit™, we stand behind the quality of our work. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds and satisfaction guarantees for our various service tiers.

1. Complimentary Audit Services

Our digital audits are provided at no charge. Since there is no payment involved, refunds do not apply to audit services. If you are unsatisfied with your audit, please contact us so we can address your concerns.

2. Monthly Retainer Services

For our monthly retainer services (Digital Maintenance, Consistency & Content Systems, Autonomous Growth & Optimization):

  • First Month Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, we will refund 50% of your first month's payment, provided you notify us within the first 30 days and have engaged with our team
  • Subsequent Months: Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced for that billing period
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No refund will be provided for the current billing period
  • Unused Services: If we fail to deliver agreed-upon services due to our error, we will provide a pro-rated credit toward future services

3. MonetizeNichAI™ Growth Optimization Services

For our premium MonetizeNichAI™ services with paid advertising management:

  • Service Fees: Management fees are non-refundable once services have been performed
  • Ad Spend: Advertising budget spent on platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) is non-refundable as these funds go directly to the platforms
  • Performance Guarantee: While we cannot guarantee specific results, we commit to transparent reporting and strategic adjustments
  • Unsatisfactory Performance: If you believe services were not delivered as promised, contact us within 15 days for review

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your account details
  2. Provide specific reasons for your dissatisfaction
  3. Include any relevant documentation or communications
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for review of your request
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Services have been fully delivered as agreed
  • Client failed to provide necessary access, information, or approvals
  • Client violated our Terms of Service
  • External factors beyond our control (platform policy changes, algorithm updates, market conditions)
  • Refund request made after the applicable guarantee period
  • Services were terminated by client mid-billing cycle

6. Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of refunds. Credits can be applied to future services and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, we encourage you to contact our management team for further review. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and professionally. If we cannot reach a mutual agreement, disputes will be resolved according to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
